A lotion candle is designed especially for your skin. It is made from 100% cosmetic grade soy. It also has top quality cocoa butter, shea butter, avocado butter and Vitamin E for the emolient, skin nuturing properties.

These unique candles are made from soy. Once it's lit, it only reaches 101°, therefore, you can pour it directly on your skin without burning your skin. It can also be used in a solid state as a body balm/lotion.

Using as a massage oil, you would simply light your candle, let a melt pool form, extinguish the flame, and pour directly onto the massaging area. The liquid will feel like warm, soothing bath water. This gives it that extra "feel good" feeling. A little bit goes a long way, use sparingly.

Exotic Lotion Candles also provide wonderful aromatherapy. Between the benefits of aromatherapy and the silky lotion that it creates, you feel like you have your own home spa with just a little candle.

When the flame is blown out the candle will return to its solid state. With average and proper use these candles last between 1-2 months. There is a 40 hour burn time for each candle.

My candles only contain skin-safe fragrance oil, and at skin-safe quantities. They comply with all FDA guidelines.

Exotic Lotion Candles by Kathy are not recommended for fragrancing your home. Fragrancing the rooms of your house would require large amounts of fragrant oil which would not make them skin friendly. Lotion candles are designed for skin benefits only.
